The Missouri Wolverines 3rd & 4th Grade program is where it all begins for the organization. The Missouri Wolverines model their organization as if it were a high school journey for a player. Consider the 3rd & 4th experience as your freshmen year. Your first step in a 6 year tackle football career that will lead you into high school a more confident and fundamentally sound athlete. 
Our coaching structure for this level is designed to keep in mind the players that are on this level. This level is all about learning the fundamentals and the right and wrong way to do things on the football field. The coaches on this level are not only knowledgeable in the game of football but are parents so they are experienced with handling kids at this age which is huge because organization and keeping a child's attention is everything at this young level. However, don't be confused here because the coaches of this level are not Dads coaching their kids, but are former college players that are experienced parents that know how to handle young children. We think you will be impressed at the acknowledgement and rewards a player for the Missouri Wolverines receives each year. The Missouri Wolverines have several special events throughout the year which include the annual Wolverines Awards Banquet where each player receives a recognition trophy from the team and has the opportunity to win specialty trophies. Another added feature for Wolverines players is the "THE CLAW YEARBOOK" which is a printed booklet summarizing the previous season with color action photos. Also, game summaries are published each week on the website for viewing by players and their families. This also gives a player's relatives who are out of town a chance to read about them. This feature is a big hit with both the players and their parents. 
For those statisticians, the Wolverines have now added an All-Time Stats section to the website which honors personal and team achievements on the 3rd & 4th Grade level.
