The Missouri Wolverines require the following paperwork and information from every football player (both flag and tackle) participating in our organization. We ask our parents to become familiar with our policies as well which are located here on our website and we also ask certain forms to be signed and returned verifying you as the parent are aware of the information. All forms below are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Football Program.
The first step to becoming a Missouri Wolverines Football Player is registering online using our Player Registration Form. A player can both register online and pay their fees. Paying their fees online is optional however all players must be registered online. We can not issue any equipment until a player's fees have been paid in full and a player has undergone a valid 2018 sports physical, there is a form below that we need returned to us for validation.

Below is a list of documents we need signed and returned to the Missouri Wolverines. All forms are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Football Program.
We ask that you download and print these forms and return them at one of our registration dates or to your head coach. When turning in paperwork we ask that you include all forms in an envelope with your child's name, grade and head coach on it so we make sure it gets to the right place. 2018 Missouri Wolverines Player's Contract
This contract applies to all football players, both flag and tackle, participating within the Missouri Wolverines Football Club in 2018 .
2018 Parent Code of Conduct
2018 Parent Code of Conduct and Obligations for the Missouri Wolverines, we need parents of our players to sign and return this before the season starts.
2018 Equipment Loan Agreement
All player's are required to have a legal guardian fill out a Player Equipment Loan Agreement.
2018 Physical Form
2018 Missouri Physical Form. This is the form you will need to take with you to when you get your physical for the 2018 football season. All tackle and flag football players will need to have a physical taken in 2018 before they will be allowed to play on any Missouri Wolverines Team.

2018 Youth Football Signups
The Missouri Wolverines are taking sign-ups for all interested players. Practice start in late July however we are taking sign-ups for players now online.
KC ATHLETIC TRAINING
At the Kansas City Athletic Training Facility, located 3 miles north of downtown Kansas City Missouri, we offer Athletic Sports Training for high school and youth athletes both boys and girls throughout the Kansas City Missouri Metro Area. The opportunities are not restricted for players associated with one team but are open to all players both boys and girls from anywhere in the KC Metro Area. We provide training for all sports via our speed and agility classes and our elite training classes which we recommend of our older athletes and personal training sessions for those athletes looking for specific 1-on-1 training. Our experienced staff has been conducting speed and agility and training athletes since 2005.
2018 Kansas City Youth Football Camp

The Kansas City Youth Football Camp Staff in combination with Kansas City Athletic Training along with local football coaches are proud to announce the 2018 Kansas City Youth Football Camp. The 17th Annual Kansas City Youth Football Camp focusing on the techniques and fundamentals needed to succeed at the youth level and to help players prepare for the 2018 football season. Aside from learning the game of football, camp staff will talk to the players each night about football, life, and why playing youth football is important.
