Player Paperwork

The Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Club requires the following paperwork and information from every football player (both flag and tackle) participating in our organization. We ask our parents to become familiar with our policies as well which are located here on our website and we also ask certain forms to be signed and returned verifying you as the parent are aware of the information. All forms below are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Football Club.

 

The first step to becoming a Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Player is registering online using our Player Registration Form.  A player can both register and pay their fees online. Paying their fees online is optional however all players must be registered online and players fees must be paid in full before any equipment is issued. We can not issue any equipment until a player's fees have been paid in full and a player has undergone a valid sports physical dated 2023, there is a form below that we need returned to us for validation. Please make copies of any forms you hand into the Missouri Wolverines as we do not make copies for parents.

 

After a player has been successfully registered, we ask that every parent become familiar with the following information located here on our website:

 

Below is a list of documents we need signed and returned to the Missouri Wolverines. All forms are required for participation within the Missouri Wolverines Football Program.

We ask that you download and print these forms and return them at one of our registration dates or to your head coach. When turning in paperwork we ask that you include all forms in an envelope with your child's name, grade and head coach on it so we make sure it gets to the right place. 2024 Missouri Physical Form. This is the form you will need to take with you to when you get your physical for the 2024 football season. All tackle and flag football players will need to have a physical taken that is dated 2024 before they will be allowed to receiver any equipment or participate on any Missouri Wolverines Team. Please turn in a copy as we do not make copies for parents if they need one at a later date.

The Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Club in Kansas City Missouri is accepting signups for players for any player looking to play youth tackle tackle or flag football in Kansas City Missouri. Current and New Players are encouraged to sign up online via our online registration portal where they can also pay for football fees as well.

Off-Season Football Training
At Kansas City Athlete Training located in Kansas City Missouri, experienced as well as beginner youth football players can work on improving during the offseason by attending one or several Football Specific Training Classes part of our Football Academy to improve their techniques as well as get in shape by attending Speed and Agility Sports Performance Training including Middle School Weightlifting. The Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Program highly recommends all current, new and/or interested football players looking to join the Missouri Wolverines Youth Football Program to attend classes leading up to the fall season. Kansas City Athlete Training has provided training for all sports via speed and agility classes and weightlifting classes plus football training for every position on the field including 1-on-1 personal training since 2005.

Missouri Wolverines Cheer program provides a positive learning environment, which encourages self-motivation, hard work, respect and teamwork. We strive to create confident athletes both on and off the sidelines by giving the cheerleaders the opportunity to learn and practice persistence, responsibility and dedication. Our main objective is to establish cheerleading technique and skills at an age-appropriate level, create community, and build confidence in every one of our athletes.
